We are anxiously waiting our Christmas break after a week with 2 days of the site being shut down due to the cold temperatures. The lake is freezing over and temperatures are sub zero...

Happy American Thanksgiving!

We had a great visit to Havre aka "Pheasant Drifte" for Thanksgiving! We slept in, ate great food, played with all the farm toys and enjoyed the nice weather.

Great weather all weekend until the drive back to Cold Lake....

Christmas Decorating!

Today was the warmest day of the week at about 20-25 degrees, it was beautiful with the sun shining, but very windy! We got a tree and did some decorating!

Banff

We had a great holiday weekend in beautiful Banff! We sat by the fire, went hiking, slept in and ate great food.  Here are a few photos from the trip.

We had a two day weekend, woohoo!! We went to the park, carved pumpkins and relaxed! The weather is taking a dive, it was about 20 F today, the lake looked like the ocean with all the wind and waves!
